The list of key personnel who will implement these services include:

Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for making sure the entire scope is delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. The Project Manager will serve as the primary contact between Overnight Security and the client’s management. The Project Manager is globally certified by the Project Manager Institute to lead and manage project teams.

Lead Security Officer

The Lead Security Officer is responsible for the nightly deliverables (i.e. status reports, auto patrol reports, incident reports, visitor log reports, etc.). The Lead Security Officer is accountable for ensuring that all tasks and assignments are complete and to the highest quality. The Lead Security Officer has a minimum of five (5) years of unarmed security experience and is registered with the State of Florida as a Class D Unarmed Security Officer.

Security Officer I

The Security Officer is responsible for implementing the tasks and assignments specified. Security Officer I has a minimum of two (2) years of unarmed security experience and is registered with the State of Florida as a Class D Unarmed Security Officer.

Overnight Security provides the following solutions to provide the highest quality of unarmed security worldwide:

Access Control

Physical access will be enforced by Overnight Security. Overnight Security will practice restricting entrance to the property to unauthorized persons.

Property Patrol

Overnight Security will practice sending out one or small tactical security officer units to look for signs of problems of any kind. This includes service calls, resolving disputes, conducting traffic enforcement, and other crime prevention measures. The outcome of these tasks will show through the mandatory documentation submitted to property management.

Property Quality Inspections

Overnight Security will provide property checks to assure the physical condition of the property remains in a high quality condition. The outcome of these tasks will be displayed through the nightly property reports.
